Хочу поделится своим опытом, надеюсь уберечь других простых покупателей. В машине (шкода ети) сломался включатель регулируемых, складывающихся и обогреваемых зеркал для а/м с электростекло подъёмниками. В интернете долго искал каталожный номер и определил 1j1 959 565 e (позже выяснилось, что он был не правильным). Нашел интернет магазин «СМАРТБИ» https://smartbe.ru, где в чате сделал заказ (Заказ № 50953), при этом меня заверили, что если деталь не подойдет, то вернем деньги (см. вложение). Получал его на следующий день в магазине «Эмекс» (EMEX https://emex.ru)/) оплатил картой, вышел к машине примерил и понял, что деталь не подходит, через 5 минут вернулся в магазин с просьбой вернуть деньги за купленный товар, который даже не распаковал, на что получил ответ, что данный товар возврату не подлежит по закону и вообще вы заказывали в интернет магазин «СМАРТБИ» обращайтесь туда у нас разные реквизиты и т.п… Написал в чат «СМАРТБИ» где заказывал, ответа нет, а мои сообщения удаляются, телефона нет. На лицо не приятная ситуация, цена вопроса 830 руб. не критическая сумма, но кто-то может более серьезнее попасть. Пожалуйста, будьте внимательны!

Отличный магазин!!! Этот комментарий относится к самому бренду ЕМЕХ, но конкретно к этому магазину уже нет.... Менеджер абсолютно не клиентоориентированный. При любом случае будет язвить и умничать. Просто неприятно заходить уже. Больше 5 лет пользуюсь Емексом в разных городах. Но именно в этом филиале менеджер неприятный. Начальник его вполне нормальный адекватный человек. Подумываю уже сменить филиал на другой, благо в Москве их много.

Офис на сахалине закрылся в один миг, ни товара не денег. Люди ходят в двери стучат - никого нет. Головные офисы ответили, что каждый сам по себе.
