Как то делала стрижку и покраску волос в этом салоне по акции. Если с цветом было ещё более менее, то стрижка было просто отвратительная! Я просила длину не сильно убирать, в итоге после первой пряди сделаной мастером я чуть не разревелась, на что я сказала мастеру что это очень коротко. В итоге мне оставили этот короткий клок, а по остальной длинне убрали по чуть чуть, к сожалению я заметила это только дома (((( и да мастер не могла расчесать мои волосы из за того что сильно сожгла их краской и начала нервничать и драть мне волосы и только после того как я ей сказала "можно по спокойнее" она перестала их драть. В общем место ужасное, не рекомендую этот салон!

Пришла сделать педикюр, такое ощушение что и не делали. Не качественную работу заметила не сразу, а дома на следующий день. Тут же отправила фото менеджеру, и попросила взять деньги только за пальцы, а разницу за стопы вернуть, либо доделать работу как следует. На что получила ответ, что у меня дескать ноги были запущенные (это не так) и педикюр год не делала. Спросила, а что у кого ноги запущенные вы не качественно делаете? На что вообще менеджер прнесла такой бред. Также хочу отметить что в салоне очень грязно. Сзади мастера все в ногтевой пыли, кресло для педикюра в волосах и крошках, предложили сесть как будто не видят грязи, и вытерли только после моей просьбы. При педикюре предлагали класть стопы на кресло не покрытое одноразовой тканью и не протертое антисептиком. А протерли только после моей просьбы. И долго изумлялись э, а что же может быть??!!! О грибках они не слышали даже. Вобщем антисанитария полная. Как салон не рекомендую. Работа не качественна да и грязно.
