Магазин, отвратительный! Сделав и оплатив заказ в понедельник, менеджер согласовал доставку на среду, вечером в среду позвонил логист сказал что доставить не смогут постараются в четверг, в четверг ситуация повторилась и повторилась в пятницу, в конце концов доставили только во вторник следующей недели, это при том что менеджер перед оплатой подтвердил наличие. Менеджер оказался обсолютно не компитентен, разговаривать и обсуждать ситуацию не мог и не хотел, не давал сказать и слова рассыпаясь в извинения тут же переводя звонок на логиста, которая не отвечала. Если вам нужно купить что то из ассортимента данного магазина, смело берите в других местах, даже при учёте что там говорят что нужно 2-3 дня подождать, в Эльман ТРЕЙД даже при наличии ждать придётся больше!
