Наткнулись на Эльф случайно, но нисколько не пожалели. Остановили свой поиск именно здесь. Мы обошли много салонов и общий план у нас был. Но везде сталкивались с небольшими не очень приятными мелочами. Нужно было спрятать машинку, фасады хотели без ручек. Все эти вопросы разрешились только в Эльфе. Получилось стильно и по нашим финансам. С монтажом тоже проблем не возникло. Считаем, что нам очень повезло с выбором компании.

Обратились в данную организацию, для установки встроенного шкафа-купе. Выбрали день, когда приедет замерщик. Девушка консультант любезно уточнила удобное время. И мы довольные ушли домой. В назначенный день, так никто и не приехал. На звонки не отвечали. Зато на следующий день началась атака, с их стороны. Где только столько времени нашли, чтоб названивать. Репутацию в наших глазах, они себе испортили. Считаю, что если замерщик не может вовремя приехать, то что потом делать с нашим заказом. Бегать за ними что-ли.

Анна, еще раз приносим свои извинения. В связи с тем, что замер был назначен 02 ноября на 07 ноября, сыграла свою роль загруженность производства. На телефон, который Вы звонили - личный дизайнера, а она была на выходном. На визитке есть еще два номера телефона. На них звонков не поступало. Конечно, наша вина, что не отконтролировали. На следующий день, когда выяснилось, что на замер никто к Вам не выехал, Вам позвонили с предложением подъехать в любое другое удобное для Вас время. Свою вину мы полностью признаем. Готовы искупить свою вину скидкой.
