Ужаснейший магазин! Обслуживание медленное! Простояли в очереди около 30 минут и полтора часа на тестирование телевизора. Приехали домой и обнаружили, что не та подставка от телевизора. Потратили уйму времени и все впустую! Просто ужасные впечатления и от обслуживания и от самого магазина!!!!!

13 июля совершила покупку в Эльдорадо на Пришвина, купила ноутбук и принтер, принтер оказался бракованным,16 числа приехала, хотела сдать товар и обменять его на другой, т.к.прдавцы меня уверили, что есливы дома поймете что ччто-то не так , то в течении 2 х нед, вам все обменяют!!!!Но естественно не тут-то было, мен послали куда подальше, нахомили а именно КУРМЫШОВ РУСЛАН!!!!!!!сказал что хотите с ним то и делайте и швырнул мне коробку на стойку, и ушел на 15 мин, пришлось идти к директору спрашивать, что нужно написать и заполнить и т.д.директор тоже особо ничем не помог и на мою просьбу разобраться с КУРМыШОВЫМ и его хамством никак не отреогировал!!!!!!!Далее Я написала заявление дождалась КУРМЫШОВА РУСЛАНА(хотя магазин был пуст и покупателей не было) он мне сказал , что через месяц, а именно16 августа, но не раньше, мой вопрос как-то решиться, НО Не ИЗВЕСТНО КАК!!!!!!!!!!

Отвратительный магазин! Работники всегда похожи на сонных мух, никто не работает, дикие очереди , ужасное обслуживание. Люди даже не в состоянии сказать, где что лежит, не говоря уже о технических характеристиках. Последнее место, куда я пойду покупать технику!

Хотели купить монитор, но на всех (!) мониторах в ассортименте включена одинаковая растянутая (!!) реклама. Включить другую картинку по словам менеджера нельзя. Ушли в другой магазин и вам советую.
