Нормальный магазин, нормальная техника, но было одно НО. Купила пылесос за 5 тысяч, нормально бегал, но когда доходит до балконой двери, останавливался и не двигался. Пошла обратно в магазин либо сдать либо поменять. Вышел менеджер-молодой человек, и с высоким высокомерием стал мне объяснять, что это чисто игрушка для кота, а что вы хотели за 5 тысяч. Я не знаю какие зарплаты у сотрудников Эльдорадо, но для меня эта цена не показалось мизерной, и я не могу себе позволить взять и выбросить пятёрку. И вот он у меня спрашивает- на что вы рассчитывали когда покупали этот пылесос всего то за 5 тысяч и почему именно его купили? Я ответила, что покупала по отзывам. Он усмехнулся, и сказал, что надо спрашивать у менеджеров, а не на отзывы смотреть. А позже он-менеджер, у меня спросил, как он включается и есть ли у него фильтр. Да уж. Неприятненько. Но это единичный случай. Остальные менеджеры нормальные ребята.

Не соблюдают условия доставки. Купили холодильник, доставка должна быть на следующий день, отпросилась с работы, прзвонила девушка, представилась как служба доставки, уточнила ждем ли мы по указанному адресу, сообщила, что товар прибудет в течение часа. Прошло 2 дня, холодильник до сих пор никак не доедет до нас. По номеру телефона указанному на сайте (круглосуточная служба поддержки Эльдорадо) отвечают некомпетентно, заученными наизусть фразами, на вопрос почему не соблюдают условия доставки о тветить не могут. И как в итоге выяснилось (жаль что очень поздно), что не одни мы такие!!!Так что не рекомендую этот магазин!!! – показать
