Приехали мы выбирать телевизор. Являемся постоянными клиентами, себе покупали два года назад. Теперь решили в подарок. 40 минут потраченного времени в пустую!!! Консультантов нет,на просьбы помочь пришла тетка и в грубой форме объяснила что консультации не будет. Максимум выпишут чек.. Пытались сами разобраться в телевизорах. Даже охрана не подошла не спросила почему трогаем технику. Позвонили в горячую линию, оставили жалобу. Через пару дней позвонил менеджер, сказал по видео вижу что консульт ации нет, но нет доказателтства что нам отказали в консультации. По итогу ничего не добились, телевизор купили в другом магазине. Мальчик там два часа нам все рассказывал, в еще одном тоже консультация была шикарная. Эльдорадо, вам спасибо что мы теперь у вас ничего покупать не будем. Отбили все желание. И ваши консультанты, и ваши менеджеры – показать

Ага Русский ненавязчивый сервис,сколько заходила что не спроси две консультантки одна в красной футболке, а вторая в белой,толком проконсультировать не могут, спрашиваю про фен хороший? сказать внятно ничего не могут,только повторяют хороший хороший,сами такими пользуемся очень хороший, а мой муж хотел купить кофеварку за 80000 делонги вроде итальянскую так они сказали что это самая плохая фирма и часто брак по ней, лучше брать они сказали какую то саеко по тому что саеко металический корпус или же Филипс, ну ради интереса решили поехать в другой магазин где нас молодой человек отлично проконсультировал и после чего мы очень довольны покупкой, теперь буду знать где можно получить грамотную консультацию, явно не в Эльдорадо Лобня – показать
