Вводят покупателей в заблуждение предлагая оформить страховку по которой даже гарантийный ремонт не сделать. Ужасный магазин и некомпетентные продавцы.

Покупал блендер и через неделю от него отвалилась деталь. В магазине предложили отправить на экспертизу. Девушка оформлявшая заявление выдала фразу Может вы сырую картошку мяли этим блендером. И механическая поломка не входит в страховой случай.Хотя когда оформляли страховку говорили что даже если что то сломается вам заменят на новый и т. д.. Буду обращаться в роспотребнадзор.Слава богу есть свидетель того как продавец впаривала страховку. Страховка ничего не даёт.

Здравствуйте! Меня зовут Артём, я эксперт по качеству Компании "Эльдорадо". Сожалею, что купленная вами техника вышла из строя. "Экспресс-сервис" это расширенная страховка, которая дает возможность обменять неисправную технику. Для подтверждения заводского брака техника направляется на экспертизу. Преимущества расширенной страховки в том, что она действует дольше, чем заводская гарантия, по данной страховке можно обменять неисправную технику, а не ожидать, пока ее отремонтируют.
