Отвратительная работа консультантов! Ужасная служба доставки! Оформила заказ стиральную машинку, перезвонила менеджер сообщила о том что у них существуют временные интервалы доставки, договорились на вечер (с 16-22) на след день позвонили в 10 утра и сказали через полчаса привезут!Зачем я тогда три раза уточняла время доставки, и обещали что все привезут в обговоренное время!Теперь к ним больше ни ногой! Наплевательское отношение к клиентам!

были в магазине на черемушках.выбирали стиральную машину нареканий к продавцу-консультанту нет. все достаточно грамотно и доступно рассказал-о плюсах и минусах той или иной модели-а вот дальше началось....при оформлении доставки выяснилось что мы не можем оговорить время привоза вообще т.е.должны с утра и до вечера сидеть дома безвылазно и ждать-а когда случиться чудо никому не известно.сотрудники хамили всей толпой-4 человека сидело на оформлении доставки и каждый счел нужным влезть в разговор.при выходе из магазина охрана потребовала предъявить чек на покупку товара-хотя стиралку унести в подмышках трудновато.пришли оттуда злые и уставшие.время почти 17 часов а товара еще нет-ждемс...

Хамское общение сотрудников колл-центра, условия доставки на сайте не соответствуют реалиям, нет доставки в срок на оплаченный товар.

Как в 90е попал. Очереди по 10 человек, продавцы не понимают, что происходит, компьютеры персонала по производительности не превосходно счёты... Замечательно! Каждый раз зарекаюсь ходить в Эльдорадо и каждый раз хожу, потому что выбора, к сожалению, нет...
