Сегодня посетили данный магазин с целью покупки телевизора. Пришли в отдел телевизоров для консультации. Сначала к нам подошел Алексей. Дал нам консультацию, мы попросили его несколько минут подождать, чтобы мы посовещались. Далее Алексея мы не нашли, нам сказали что он уехал в центральный офис. К нам подошел Олег. Мы попросили его показать нам на разных телевизорах одинаковую картинку, для сравнения. Олег удалился для скачивания файлов на флэшку. Мы прождали около 20 минут, Олег так и не вернулся. Я увидела его, оформляющего заказ для другого покупателя. При этом Алексей также находился в зале. После такого отношения не захотелось получать дальнейшую консультацию и совершать покупку. Мы ушли из магазина без телевизора.
