Некомпетентные сотрудники, речь о работниках сервисного центра. Персонал на торговой площадке обучен только впаривать, техническая сторона большинству продавцов, как квантовая запутанность. Удачи этому "заведению".

Не нравится то, что бонусы начисляются и затем активируются очень долго. Купили телевизор за 41990 руб. в конце декабря 2019 года, а бонусы пришли на карту в середине января 2020 года, причём действие их ограничивалось 02 февраля 2020 года. Вы считаете это нормальным? Получается, что бонусы нужно использовать в течение всего лишь двух недель. Не слишком ли? Конечно это не вина конкретного магазина, а всей сети, но я считаю с этим надо что - то решать. Нельзя ставить покупателю столь узкие рамки

Через 14 календарных дней они становятся активны и действуют в течение 90 или 180 дней, зависит от вашего статуса в программе лояльности.
