Конечно обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего, особенно это относится к продавцу Александру, который сидит на выдаче товара. товарищ, ничего не хочет делать, на просьбу проверить товар, мне сказали «у вас гарантия».... И где обслуживание, где сервис? Если человек работает продавцом, он как минимум должен помочь покупателю, а не ссылатся на то что есть гариния или можете вернуть в любой другой магазин эльдорадо. Ну и зачем козе баян спрашивается? В этот магизин точно ни ногой)

Обман: обещали по акции 4500 баллов, начислили всего, 1300 отказываются разбираться с этим вопросом, под предлогом, что не заполнена, дата рождения и не могут идентифицировать карту. Врут нагло и без зазрения совести. Не рекомендую - обманщики.

Уже писал не в поддержку, не вижу смысла писать вам, зачем? Чтобы получить еще один уклончивый ответ, что у вас недостаточно информации. Нигде в описании нет информации об ограничении, в заказе сформировавшемся после оформления, со всеми условиями указана полная сумма баллов, вот только по факту их начислено в 3 р. меньше.
