Будьте внимательны - подтверждают заказы на товар с браком, некомплектный товар, витринные образцы без предупреждения. И на витрине продают как новые. Приезжаешь - ждёт сюрприз. Отвратительный опыт, полное наплевательство на покупателя и вообще какой-либо сервис, особенно сомнительна компетентность руководства: что с товарным учётом? Что с оформлением заказов? Что с уважением к клиенту? Директор отказался общаться об улучшении качества обслуживания
