Столкнулась я сегодня с(16.11.21) доставкой Эльдорадо. С 9-16 ожидала оплаченный мной онлайн заказ. С 15-16 пыталась связаться с курьером по указанному номеру телефона в высланной ранее СМС. Но, номер был постоянно занят и переключался на автоответчик. В 16 часов я покинула адрес указанный в доставке. А в 16:16 мне позвонил курьер и сказал, что через час он будет. На моё негодование, почему после 17:00 доставка, он мне ответил, что много нас таких кому надо до 16:00. Я договариваюсь с ним, что постараюсь быть ровно через час по адресу указанному в доставке. И я была с 17:20-17:30, пыталась снова дозвониться до курьера - номер занят и автоответчик. В 17:30 я снова уехала и в 17:55 мне звонит курьер и выговаривает,мне, что я не беру трубки с первого раза! Я объяснила, что снова покинула адрес и хотела обсудить, как получить товар. Но услышала в ответ «Досвидание» и трубку бросили! Жалобу написала, жду ответа. А товар я получу теперь минимум послезавтра!

25.10.2021. На официальном сайте компании на странице с новыми macbook pro 16" m1pro и m1max размещена заведомо ложная информация с целью привлечения потенциальных покупателей к себе вместо конкурентных магазинов, а именно в title и description сайта указано о предзаказе новых ноутбуков. По факту, обратившись в колл-центр, было сказано, что предзаказ отсутствует. Считаю недопустимым и нарушающим ст. 14.2 Федерального закона от 26.07.2006 №135-ФЗ «О защите конкуренции» (далее - ФЗ «О защите конкуренции») - недобросовестная конкуренция путем введения в заблуждение. И нарушающим 38-ФЗ "О рекламе". Соответствующая информация будет направлена в контролирующие органы в ближайшие дни для дальнейших разбирательств.
