В начале августа обратился в данную "контору". Заказал три наличника по своим размерам, предварительно поинтересовался, могут ли они исполнить заказ и какое время исполнения. Руководитель предложил принести образец наличника. Принес, оставил номер телефона. Опять спросил срок исполнения, на что получил ответ: где-то через неделю, максимум две. Вежливость и желание помочь, просто зашкаливала. А потом началось..... Ни звонков...ни чего...ТИШИНА. Звоню сам, даже приезжаю лично, думаю может номер затерялся. Нет. Опять начинается игра в футбол, скоро сделаем не волнуйтесь. Говорю, если не можете сделать просто позвоните и скажите.....Опять ТИШИНА. Закнчивается первая декада ноября, ни звонков ни извинений. СТЫДНО господин эльц!

Здравствуйте, Александр. Извините, что отвечаем с запоздание. К сожалению, мы не видели Вашего отзыва. Если я правильно помню данную ситуацию, то схожий случай у нас был. Приблизительно в это время. Итог, что мы Вам все же изготовили Ваши наличники в начале января 2020 г. Мы не отказывались, но и предоплату с Вас не брали, все расчеты были после получение товара. Может это и не оправдание, но Вы прекрасно знали почему все так вышло. Это произошло только по моей причине из-за достаточно сложного жизненного периода на тот момент, и я Вам это все объясняла. К сожалению человеческий фактор у нас тоже встречается и мы сожалением, что с Вами произошла данная ситуация. С, уважением, Наталья / менеджер компании Двери "ЭЛЬЦ".
