Позвонила узнать каким материалом работает мастер по маникюру, в ответ получила: «разными». На вопрос «какими именно» ответ был: «ну девушка, вам обязательно нужно узнать какими именно?» Этого диалога было достаточно, чтобы понять, что сервисом в салоне не пахнет, клиентоориентированность на нуле. Свои деньги таким работникам отдавать — себя не уважать. Не стала записываться и проверять гипотезу.

Хожу в этот замечательный салон уже много лет! И дочку сначала водила, а сейчас она сама с удовольствием ходит сюда за красотой! Удивительно теплая и располагающая атмосфера… Замечательный мастера! Могу говорить часами о профессионализме Эли, мастер от Бога! И по колористике ей нет равных! В общем, я начала ходить в этот салон с тонкими и уже редеющими волосами, а сейчас благодаря индивидуальному подходу — абсолютно довольна своим обликом и состоянием волос! Очень удобно совмещать поход за кр асивой головой с маникюром/педикюром, которые здесь делают замечательно)) Салон всегда предлагает актуальные программы ухода и самые модные стрижки! У нас почти весь офис ходит в Эль-Студию и все довольны) Рекомендую! – показать
