После крайне неприятного опыта общения с климатической компанией СТАРТ поставил кондиционер от ЭЛВЕС. Подобрали с гарантией 3 года, цена ниже СТАРТА, смонтировали быстро и качественно. ЭЛВЕС МОЛОДЦЫ!!! В СТАРТе КОНТРАЦЕПТИВЫ!!!

Купил кондиционер и оплатил монтаж. Товар - отличный, по работе нареканий нет, заявленным характеристикам соответствует, цены ниже среднерыночных. В общем и целом фирма доверие внушает. НО! Монтажники - это атас. Прошло уже три дня, а я до сих пор не понимаю, что это было: приехали и сразу начали с того, что внешний блок с нужной стороны смонтировать не получится, придется, видите ли, и внутренний вешать не с той стороны, с которой планировалось (только вдумайтесь в весь бред ситуации - электропроводка была заложена еще во время ремонта). И смотрит на меня, главное, выжидающе, как гаишник в ожидании взятки (я и правда не понял, что он хотел от меня услышать). Ну я в шоке кое-как выдавил из себя "ну давайте под окном сделаем тогда" (у меня первый этаж, так что этот сценарий нежелателен, а им зато легко в работе, даже лестница не нужна, видимо, этой реакции от меня и ждали). Хотя, конечно, невозможность монтажа на уровне окна была спорной, я несколько раз предлагал различные варианты, но они быстро и умело сочиняли отмазки - ну, типичные подрядчики, в общем, кто работал, тот знает. Ещё и в общении в меру неприятные. В итоге они справились легко и были таковы, а до моей трассы теперь ребенок может дотянуться.​ Даже не буду на каждом углу трубить, мол, подумайте сто раз, прежде чем заказывать монтаж у элвеса - на их убогом творении под моим окном и так висит их фирменная наклейка, создавая имидж всей компании не на словах, а на деле
