Купила в Elmonte ботиночки /(стоили 5990р, скидка на них была 20%, т.е. отдала я за них 3990р) очень удобные и мягкие. Обула на следующий день, проходила в них в общей сложности часа 3 максимум, после чего обнаружила самые настоящие ДЫРЫ на стельках в области пяток, да ладно бы просто на стельках, дыры уже подошву начали протирать......такое ощущение,что стелька была делана из пластилина.....была в шоке! Сразу понесла их в магазин с просьбой вернуть деньги за явно некачественный товар.Естественно деньги сразу никто не вернул и забрали у меня делать экспертизу.Через несколько дней позвонили, сказав : "Приезжайте забирать деньги". Когда приехала в магазин оказалось что они перепутали заключения и швыряют мне заключение,в котором написано, что дыры образовались вследствии механических повреждений,деньги они не вернут. Я устроила скандал......получается за свои же деньги должнатратить время,нервы; была настроена решительно идти до конца,т.к. на 100% уверена в своей правоте......что ж получается и эксперт и экспертиза у них левая...???? Итог каков....через час разборок вернули мне мои честно заработанные денюжки).Покупала года 2 назад осенние сапоги, кожа полопалась где-то через месяц, но не стала заморачиваться с экспертизами, обменами, возвратами и т.д......надо было тогда ещё задуматься, а стоит ли идти туда снова.....

представлена очень качественная обувь и по достаточно низким ценам, что приятно удивляет )) сотрудницы магазина всегда вежливы, участливы и внимательны к покупателям! сам бутик обставлен очень уютно - диванчики, коврики, удобные зеркала )) доставляет большое удовольствие преобретать обувь у вас!! огромное спасибо за сервис
