Крайне невнимательная продавец-консультант Елена! Отнесла на кассу очень дорогую помаду не того цвета. Подобрали ярко-розовую, а в коробке оказалась темно-сливовая. А также помогла подобрать карандаш для губ с истёкшим сроком годности!

Живу в подмосковье. Специально ехала в магазин Элизэ на м. Молодежная купить маску для волос. В наличии неоказалось. Стоимость около тысячи рублей. За 10 минут нахождения в магазине ко мне подошли 4 консультантанта… каждая сказала свою рекоминдацию… по внешнему виду… и маски для волос мне нехватает.... и декоративная косметика сейчас со скидкой..... краску для волос мне нужно смыть чудесныс средством и другую купит.... с чего это…Прозьба посмотреть по базе магазинов где есть продукт за которым я ехала? Сказали что такой услуги у них нет.Сделайте единую базу по продуктам. Спасибо. – показать
