Магазин не очень большой, но парфюмерии достаточно много. Цены не маленькие, но бывают скидки, что радует. Консультанты вежливые, всегда подскажут и порекомендуют что-то новенькое.

Очень грубые неквалифицированные консультанты. Лучше к ним лишний раз не обращаться, чтобы себе не плотить настроение, особенно в отделе профессиональных красителей.

Это ужас!!!!Купила сегодня там тушь Телескопик,не один раз пользовалась этой тушью,знаю какой она должна быть.Но в этот раз мне попалась полное г....о,лепехи,а не реснички.Один раз мазнул-весь глаз в туши!Номер телефона именно этого магазина менеджеры не дают,предлагают оформить заявку и в течении ДВУХ НЕДЕЛЬ карл…мне может быть перезвонят!

Слишком навязчиво ведут себя продавцы-консультанты! Не оказалось в продаже «моей» туши для ресниц (около 350руб.), так мне тут же стали предлагать другие не менее 850 руб. Объяснила, какую кисточку надо — предлагали всё подряд (кроме нужной), хотя девушка-консультант сказала, что поняла, какую нужно…:(((Ещё молодой человек (консультант тоже, наверно) повёл себя КРАЙНЕ некорректно и агрессивно, почти обвинив меня в том, что я хочу украсть тени. У меня «не хватало рук» и на время положила их в карман. Почему-то при ТАКОМ количестве консультантов мне не предложили сразу оставить на кассе товар. Остался неприятный осадок от этого магазина! Больше туда не зайду (и подругам расскажу)! Если человек не умеет общаться с клиентами — он не должен работать в таком месте. Потеряли клиентов из-за одного дурака!!! Одну звёздочку поставила за девушку, которая помогла найти тени… – показать
