Занимался в этом заведении в 2015 году в первый раз, то есть 3 года назад. Потом перешёл на командные виды спорта, и вот сейчас снова решил включить в свою программу какое-то количество танцев. Первым делом пришёл сюда, так как это место ближайшее к моему дому. Спросил про абонементы и выяснилось, что ходить 1 раз в месяц стоит почти столько же, сколько 2 раза в месяц, и при этом абонемент действует до конца месяца, то есть остальные занятия сгорают! Ну это ещё ладно, думаю. Записался на пробное занятие, но потом они откопали, что я у них был ТРИ (!!!) года назад у другого (!!!) тренера, поэтому за это пробное занятие я должен платить.В итоге я из крайне лояльного клиента, который готов был снова ходить (также активно интересовался мой друг) благодаря действиям руководителя Светланы перешёл в разряд людей, которые согласятся ходить только в случае смены в клубе руководящего состава. Потому что данный клуб, как видите, имеет НУЛЕВУЮ клиентоориентированность, а жажда моментальной наживы ставится поверх интересов посетителей Советую обходить это место стороной! – показать

Есть правила клуба, они указаны на сайте официально и они для всех одинаковые. Причем тут клиентоориентированность?Бесплатный сыр сами знаете где. Мы посещаем клуб 3 года. Там очень серьезный подход к подбору тренерского состава. Индивидуальный подход к каждому ученику. Мой ребенок там очень прокачался. Я думаю это важно, а не возможная халява.
