Обратилась, чтобы проверить зрение. Сказали, что стоимость 300-500р. "Кабинет" за шкафом. Врач хоть и не грубила, но как-то неприятно от общения было. Проверила зрение только меняя стеклянные линзы. Аппаратом не проверяла, хотя он стоял. Выписала рецепт. И за это взяли 500р., по максимуму. Интересно, а за 300 тогда что должна была сделать врач? Просто взглядом определить? Я ступила, сразу не уточнив что входит в проверку зрения и точную стоимость... В общем не советую туда обращаться!

Добрый день. На Ваше сообщения могу сказать следующее: 1.Проверка зрения осуществляется не за шкафом, торговым оборудованием отделено достаточно место для осуществления проверки зрения. Помещение и оборудование соответствуют всем требованиям для работы оптимитриста. Это не кабинет врача. 2.Я, как руководитель, всегда реагирую на любые вопросы, связанные с работой с клиентами. Поэтому в моих интересах разобраться с данной ситуацией. 3.По нашим данным в ноябре,декабре месяце 2019 года (все платежи проходят через кассовый аппарат) сумм 500 рублей не проходило. Я заинтересован в прояснении ситуации для принятия мер. В каждом салоне есть утверждённые тарифы. Если будут выявлены нарушения, мы вернёв Вам деньги, ответственные сотрудники будут наказаны.
