Заказали зеркало в багете 17.06.2019 года. Багет был выбран по образцу цвета серебро. Оплатили сразу сто процентов. Менеджер Юлия выслушав нас и рассказав о том как они внимательно относятся к своим заказчикам, пообещала выполнить заказ за 3-4 недели. 8.07.2019г пообещали позвонить и уточнить по окончательному сроку. К сожалению никто не перезвонил, и вернувшись после отпуска 21.07.20 сами пришли за уточнением. Нашего менеджера на месте не оказалось и другой сотрудник пообещал 25.07.2019 г, что заказ нам доставят. 30.07.2019 г. мы вновь пришли за ответом. На этот раз присутствовала директор Анна Сергеевна (имя и отчество со слов менеджера). Расспросив Юлию о сроках, директор пообещала поставку 6.08.2019г, т.к до этого оказывается приходил бракованный багет. 06.08.2019г мы сами с утра звонили и уточняли когда будет доставка. Примерно в 20.30 поступил звонок о том, что нам привезли зеркало. Багет оказался золотого цвета вместо заказанного нами серебряного. На вопрос к Менеджеру Юлии был получен ответ "серебра не было". 07.08.2019г забрали деньги. Ни менеджер, ни директор даже не извинились за свою плохую работу. Для тех кто хочет заказать что-либо в этом салоне рекомендую составлять договор со сроками и описанием используемых материалов, т.к. документ который они выдают не несет никакой информации кроме стоимости.
