Лучшая аптека, которую я когда-либо видел. Из-за персонала. Тебе всегда дадут бесплатную консультацию на уровне врача из поликлиники, рекомендации по применению препаратов. Ещё и скидку дадут. Очень приятно, спасибо за человеческое отношение!

Сотрудница отказывается по телефону подсказать какое у них лекарство купить. Говорит чтоб подходили лично. Якобы она подскажет сейчас, а я в другую аптеку пойду. Что за глупости? Зачем тогда телефонный номер?

Уважаемый Хаммер. Фармацевт не обязана Вас консультировать по телефону. Для консультации Вам надо записываться к врачу. Фармацевт Вам предложила подойти в аптеку и посмотреть интересующие Вас препараты на месте , поскольку в момент звонка в торговом зале стояла очередь. Но у Вас , к сожалению, время есть, чтобы написать кляузу, а подойти в аптеку и выбрать нужный препарат, на это времени у вас нет. Мира Вам и добра.

Всё верно. Времени нет ходить. Есть время позвонить, узнать, есть ли смысл ходить и затем прийти. Судя по всему, вы не цените время других людей. Телефоны как раз существуют для нивелирования лишних телодвижений и более эффективного планирования.

Вы тоже должны понимать, что фармацевт работает, обслуживает людей, принимает товар и консультации по телефону давать нет возможности, тем более когда стоит очередь в торговом зале. И мы как раз ценим и уважаем покупателей, которые ПРИШЛИ в аптеку за помощью, тем более их обслужить мы должны в первую очередь. По поводу того, есть ли смысл идти в аптеку или нет, то в нашей аптеке всегда есть, что предложить, даже если нужный вам препарат отсутствует. Спасибо Вам за "добрые" слова в наш адрес.
