Плохая фирма. Наплевательское отношение к своим клиентам. Хотел застеклить у них балкон. Созвонился с ними, потратил своё время, обещали прислать детали расчёта, чтобы потом вызвать замерщика. Через неделю напомнил им, так как никакой обратной связи от них не было. Снова пообещали прислать предварительные расчёты и вызвать замерщика. Никакого ответа от них так и нет. Если фирма так наплевательски относится к клиентам, которые ещё даже не успели совершить оплату, то страшно подумать, что будет после того, как им перевести деньги за их услуги.

Да все верно, был сбой в работе, в связи с изменением условий работы самой компании. У нас произошла реорганизация. Все недочеты устранены, и мы готовы принимать заявки оперативно, и их отрабатывать. На данный момент наши условия сотрудничества мы рассматриваем на начальном этапе только платно если без предварительно расчета, выезд специалиста стоит 1000руб, и с объемом работ не менее 100.000 руб за заказ и сроки минимальные от 5 дней, если требуется разработка проектных документов для балкона или лоджии, то выезд специалиста оценивается в 5000руб, все эти суммы потом входят в стоимость договора.
