Спасибо компании "Элемент Капитал" Мы с мужем недавно переехали жить в Москву, у мужа бизнес. Прожив здесь полгода решили купить собственную квартиру, дело было за малым оформить ипотеку. Собрав необходимый пакет документов, отправилась в один из ведущих банков страны, с твердым убеждением, что ипотечный кредит уже в кармане. Однако банк отказал в кредитовании. Причину отказа, как и в большинстве случаев, банк не объяснил. Оказывается причиной для отказа может послужить все, что угодно от неправильно сделанных ксерокопий, до неверно поставленных дат. Спасибо сотрудникам компании, оформив пакет документов, они проанализировала все предложения банков и дополнительные расходы по оформлению кредита: страховка, скидки по процентам.Отправили документы, через три дня один из банков одобрил ипотечный кредит. После одобрения ипотеки сразу подключилась риэлтор, который подобрал нам квартиру.

Выражаю огромную благодарность компании. Мои знакомые продавали квартиру которую я хотел купить, обращался в несколько крупных банков получил отказ. Оказалось не просто оформить сейчас ипотеку без справки о доходе. Специалист компании Илья (ему отдельная благодарность за оперативность) быстро подобрал банк и одобрил заявку на ипотеку, через неделю мы вышли на сделку.
