Обратилась к сотрудникам соц защиты, с просьбой написать заявление о постановке меня в очередь на получение санаторно-курортного лечения. Вначале выдали лист с перечнем документов, когда пакет документов был собран, 12.04.24 отказали в принятии заявления, указав на портал госуслуг. Поразило крайне не доброжелательное отношение к социальной группе населения, нежелание разьяснить и оказать помощь в решении вопроса. Сложилось впечатление, что разговаривала с роботом, а не с живым человеком. Обращалась впервые и отпало всякое желание общаться с такими черствыми, нежелающими выполнять свои должностные обязанности, работниками. У меня не нашлось желания знать имя такого работника. Надеюсь руководство обратит внимание на качество обслуживания населения и примет должные меры.

Проще президенту дозвониться, чем сотрудникам социальной защиты г. Электросталь. Мало того, что трубку они берут даже не через раз, дак ещё и отвечают с хамством. Мне в моем вопросе не помогли от слова СОВСЕМ, ДАК ещё и нахамили!! Прошу принять меры, и обучить ваших сотрудников культуре общения с клиентами!
