Достоинства: нет Недостатки: бизнес процессы клиентоориентированности организованы на нуле! Комментарий: — Взяли 6 дней времени которого не вернешь, нарушив наш срок по проекту, 2 раза отмена заказа после оплаты, 5 звонков манагеру, который ничего не решает— Не исполнили обязательство поставки по оферте— Нельзя доверять как партнеру!Если хотите оплатить, потом потратить свои нервы, и снова решать задачу поиска и нового заказа — они не решат вашу задачу поставки, и еще в свои «правила» опустят — тогда к ним. Достоинства: Большой ассортимент, если верить сайту Недостатки: Отменяют оплаченные заказы. Два раза пытался у них заказывать. Оба раза заказ состоял всего из одной позиции. Как в любом интернет магазине кладу в корзину, оформляю заказ, получаю ссылку на оплату, тут же оплачиваю картой. Сразу приходит 2 письма. Первое, что заказ оплачен, второе, что заказ отменен, т.к. у них что-то там изменилось. После чего приходится связываться их офисом, требовать возврата денег на карту, ждать неделю возврата денег. Т.е. при оформлении заказа, наличие товара и актуальность информации на сайте не проверяется! Проверка осуществляется через пару секунд ПОСЛЕ ОПЛАТЫ заказа! Комментарий: Очень не рекомендую что-либо пытаться купить в этом интернет-магазине. Только время потеряете. И дадите им недельку бесплатно попользоваться вашими деньгами.
