Товар пришел с дефектом, в возврате и компенсации отказывают, магазин оставляет желать лучшего, читайте ниже.Второй раз попадаю на случай при покупке товара ненадлежащего качества у этой конторы, никогда не заказывайте у них, никогда, в случае чего, правды от них не дождетесь, и второй раз они не хотят выполнять обязательства по закону.В ноябре 2019 года, мы заказали у них большую морозильную камеру, при распаковке товара было обнаружено, что внутренняя панель внутри морозильной камеры с дефектами и трещиной, на что сразу же была написана жалоба, учитывая крупногабаритность товара было предложено возместить ущерб по программе лояльности бонусами на карту, чтоб не вести товар и не тратиться им на доставку, были отосланы фотографии дефекта. Компания ответила отказом, мотивируя тем что надо было проверять товар при получении, и они не отвечают за товар после этого, мол сами виноваты, что не проверили, что противоречит закону. На второй раз плевок в лицо от этой компании терпеть мы не намерены, попробуем добиться правды через все инстанции суда, тут дело принципа. Посмотрим как защищает нас закон, и насколько он работает. хотели продать бу мышку после моей претензии заменили сразу же зачернули серийный номер вписали ручкой новый и все тип гуляй вася не извенений, бу мышка была запечатана фирменной наклейкой ситилинка, так что если где то есть их наклейки на коробке то скорее всего у вас бу товар
