Проявил инициативу, обратился к ним на горячую линию для того что бы взять реквизиты для оплаты своего долга. Сначала одним объяснил ситуацию, затем перевели на другого специалиста, снова объяснял ситуацию, после чего мне был дан грубый ответ, что мы Вам отправляли реквизиты в 2017 году ищите у себя. И положили трубку. Именно положили, а не в связи дело. Вот поэтому моя оценка 1 звёздочка.
