Ассортимент большой, но менеджер только один, кто выписывает товар, причем сотрудников много ходит, но все говорят "ждите"... короче, или через сайт, или на мельковского. Сюда больше не поеду

Николай, спасибо за обратную связь. Да, действительно, сейчас в данном филиале дефицит персонала в розничном отделе. Мы уже решаем эту проблему. Ваше замечание приняли в работу, подумаем как оптимизировать работу в текущих условиях.

Звоню в рабочее время по обоим телефонам, указанным здесь в контактах (и прямой городской и 8-800), после нажатия "0" для соединения с оператором проходит несколько гудков и потом просто кладётся трубка, вызов прекращается. Узнать наличие товара в магазине становится невозможным. Сделать доставку в выбранный магазин при покупке через интернет тоже невозможно, т.к. минимальная сумма заказа от 1000р., а мне нужна всего 1 лампочка (дешевле 1000) которая есть только в одном магазине в наличии судя по сайту. Ехать в него наугад... Крайне непродуманная форма взаимодействия с покупателями.

Дмитрий, добрый день. Мы проверили АТС, все телефоны исправны, звонки проходят. Возможно в воскресенье не хватало свободных операторов, либо линия была занята. Приносим свои извинения за то, что вам не удалось дозвониться. Что касается остатков товара, показанных на сайте, то эта информация, как правило, соответствует действительности, обмен данных происходит регулярно. Накладки возможны, только если количество в магазине указано 1-3 ед. (товар может оказаться выставочным образцом или уже быть купленным к моменту приезда клиента). Надеемся, что несмотря на эту ситуацию, вы продолжите работу с нашим интернет-магазином.
