Добрый день. Удивляюсь отрицательным отзывам о продавце и отношении. Сколько не были с мужем в магазине на Победе, что мужчина-продавец, что женщина-продавец, оба очень вежливые и внимательные, всегда посоветуют, покажут, расскажут о товаре. Возможно, с каким отношением вы приходите в магазин, такое отношение и получаете взамен или видите в других. Так что за продавцов 5 баллов, ну и ассортимент хороший, поэтому твердая пятерка ;-)

Такой себе магазин. Не знаю кем является дед продавец, но советую отправить его на заслуженный отдых. Настойчиво просил оплатить наличкой товар. Тыкал мне, вместо того, что разговаривать на Вы. Очень нехотя хотел давать товар в руки посмотреть. Выбор конечно же большой, огромный ассортимент продукции, за это 5 баллов.

Добрый день, Стас. Приносим извинения за сложившуюся ситуацию. Так получилось что Виктор, продавец который вас обслуживал, человек рабочей специальности, инженер-электрик с большим опытом, и на должности продавца работает меньше месяца. Возможно сказалось волнение и отсутствие опыта в продажах. В любом случае такое отношение недопустимо, будет проведена беседа. Что касается оплаты картой, то действительно сейчас происходит замена ПО на нашем сервере, программисты ещё не настроили терминалы и часто выскакивают ошибки, что усложняет работу. В просьбе «тактично просить покупателей при возможности оплачивать наличными» видимо Виктор упустил слово «тактично» за это безусловно ему будет объявлен строгий выговор. В качестве извинений готовы предложить вам единоразовую скидку 10% в любом нашем магазине. Просто попросите перед оплатой продавца связаться с руководством и коротко опишите ситуацию. Спасибо вам за отзыв, мы будем стараться не разочаровать вас в дальнейшем.
