Достоинства: Отсутствуют Недостатки: Отношение к клиенту, некомпетентный персонал. Комментарий: В свете последних событий решил прикупить электрошашлычницу, самоизоляция так сказать в действии. Выбор пал на магазин Элекс из-за того, что товар оказался в наличии. Оформил заказ, был приятно удивлен наличием скидки по промокоду, чем не преминул воспользоваться. Получил письмо на почту с подтверждением заказа и указанием цены с учетов скидки. Каково же было мое удивление, когда при попытке получить товар продавец отказался предоставлять вышеуказанную скидку при оплате. Дело даже не в деньгах, такого развода я не видел уже давно. Элекс, очнись, ты не один, через дорогу конкуренты. Результат - заказ отменен, настроение испорчено. Ноги моей больше не будет в данном магазине.
