23.03.2020 мной был сделан заказ на сайте ЭлегантЛайф на сумму 8500, с предоплатой 50 %. До оплаты мной суммы была обещана отправка через три дня, на сайте так же прописан этот срок. По факту я прождала 6 дней, и после просьбы вернуть мне деньги, мне наконец-то был выслан трек код. Дальше началось самое интересное, аппараты для маникюра пришли розовые, хотя я заказывала белые, один аппарат был разбит. Осколков в коробке не было, значит его уже положили разбитым, лампа для сушки пришла б/у, она была вся в царапинах, с нерабочим таймером ни на одной программе. Я написала менеджеру данного магазина, с большим трудом выбила обратный адрес для отправки бракованного товара, адрес мне дали почтового отделения с которым якобы у магазина договоренность. Посылка прибыла на место 15.04. я снова связываюсь с ИМ прошу, в течение 10 дней, решить вопрос с обменом, возвратом на что, получаю ответ, что обмен будет 30.04 после отмены режима самоизоляции. Тогда я прошу вернуть деньги, в полном объеме без обмена, на что так же получаю ответ, что только после 30.04 На сайте магазина нет официальной информации о закрытие ИМ, переносе доставок, неработающем складе. Сайт магазина работает в обычном режиме. Это самый отвратительный ИМ магазин попадавшихся мне когда либо, все начиная от оплаты заказа, пошло через одно место. Я месяц, почти целый месяц не могу воспользоваться своими покупками. Обходите их стороной, есть много честных ИМ , продающих НОВЫЙ товар. При чем с оплатой по факту

Добрый день. Мне прислали БУ лампу CCFL+LED Лампа 48ВТ. Очень вежливые менеджеры уверяли одинаковыми фразами, что такого не может быть. Отправленную обратно лампу почти месяц не забирали с почты. В итоге, после предупреждения, что будет проведена экспетиза, согласились вернуть деньги, но тоже пришлось некоторое время напоминать о себе
