Время от времени захожу в этот магазин, никаких особенных эмоций никогда не было.... Но сегодня я была просто шокирована тем, что произошло. Зашли в магазин с мамой (пожилой человек), увидели, как продавцы разбирают коробку с женскими зонтами. Подошли посмотреть, но интереса к нам никакого, на вопросы отвечают по принципу «отвали-не мешай». При этом сами сотрудники активно рассматривают зонты, обсуждают, раскрывают их, рассматривают и куда-то откладывают «под прилавок». Мама моя говорит, что тоже бы хотела взглянуть на зонт яркой расцветки, на что получает ответ - Всё, что есть, висит в углу… в каком углу? зачем мне то, что висит сто лет в углу, когда я вижу перед собой совсем другой товар. Интересуюсь судьбой отложенных куда-то кучей зонтов и тут выясняется, что продавцы магазина отложили всё это «для себя», в зал это вывешивать никто не собирается и они очень недовольны, что мы вообще всё это увидели. Как только я чуть отошла от коробки, продавщица схватила эту коробку и унесла, чтобы я не могла ничего оттуда взять и купить.... Я твёрдо уверена, что такого поведения в наше время уже не может позволить себе персонал ни в одном магазине. То хамство и пренебрежение, которое нам всеми силами демонстрировали не лезет ни в какие ворота. Это даже не позор, а позорище продавцам, магазину и владельцам этого магазина, которые не следят за своим персоналом. Честно сказать, обиделась я неимоверно. Мне и зонт-то тот не особенно был нужен, но вот эта убогая ситуация, это демонстративное поведение, когда нас пытались всеми силами оттолкнуть от этой коробки, когда её судорожно схватили и спрятали, всё это такая мерзость, что в магазин этот я не пойду никогда.
