Пришлось обратиться сюда, так как мало времени, и остальные сервисы далеко или не работают по воскр. Распечатали документ в неправильной ориентации (надо было горизонт., сделали верт). И за то, чтобы исправить свою же ошибку, еще раз потребовали заплатить. С подобным встречаюсь первый раз в Рязани. Сюда больше не приду.

Здравствуйте! Сожалеем, что вам пришлось испытать негативные эмоции и благодарим за мнение, поскольку отзывы клиентов помогают улучшать качество сервиса! По поводу проблемы, с которой вам пришлось столкнуться: без уточнений и особых указаний клиента печать электронного файла производится в той ориентации, в которой он был предоставлен администратору. Печать дополнительной копии, не связанной с неудовлетворительным качеством напечатанного, производится за счёт клиента. Надеемся на понимание.

Оперативно разобрались с проблемой. Приятно было общаться с людьми, которые способны принять свою ошибку. Конфликта не было, но ситуацию разрешили мирно. Поэтому претензий к сервису больше нет. Но всем надо быть внимательнее. Мы не знаем что у них на экране, а продавцы не могут все додумать за нас.
