Халатное отношение к работе и наплевательское к клиенту. Заказывал полусухую стяжку еще в сентябре. Приехали, произвели замер, озвучили сумму. В итоге приехали с недостаточным количеством материала, пришлось доделывать пол другой по составу смесью. Работу выполнили некачественно, в разных комнатах перепады до 6-7 мм, местами есть перепады толщиной в палец на полметра пола. Балкон залили вообще божественно, разница уровня покрытия у противоположных стен (меньше метра) 3 сантиметра, 3!!! И на десерт, по завершении работы, один из рабочих просто решил переодеться посреди квартиры на свежесделанном покрытии, из-за чего образовались выбоины. В итоге пришлось делать наливной пол во всей квартире, т.к. на получившийся пол нельзя было укладывать напольное покрытие, даже с самой толстой подложкой. Отзыв пишу с такой задержкой, т.к. Александр обещал компенсировать часть средств, но как в наше время часто встречается, просто игнорирует все мои обращения и кормит "завтраками". Фото прилагаются. Делайте выводы. Настоятельно не рекомендую.

При строительстве своего дома заранее было оговорено с прорабом, что стяжку полов сделают современными материалами. Все условия и договор на покрытие сухой стяжкой Кнауф заключил с фирмой Экспресс -пол. Строители ждали выполнения работ, чтобы сразу продолжить работу для нанесения покрытия. Бригада из Экспресс- пола прибыла вовремя, быстро все занесли в коттедж и принялись за работу. 260 кв.метров сделали быстро и разрешили моей бригаде приступать к следующему этапу. Очень понравилась это технология .Быстро, качественно и не очень дорого. На следующий день практически все полы были готовы.
