Ужасный банк. Сотрудники вежливые, но работа налажена отвратительно. Скопилась большая очередь. "Окно" начало работу на полтора часа позже обозначенного режима. Сидячих мест для всех нет. Мужчина ждал своей очереди почти 3 часа. Все операции проходят через одну сотрудницу: взять справку, открыть счёт, закрыть кредит. Само помещение никак не похоже на банк. Нет разделения для приема граждан и обычной работы. Какая - то контора по перекладке денег из левого кармана в правый. Пока женщина из очереди не начала скандалить с местным начальством - никто ничего не делал, все разводили руками - мол, людей не хватает.

Это худший офис из всех, что я посещал. Ощущение, что и сотрудники банка, и само отделение из деревни. Ноль уважения к клиентам, хамство и очень низкая квалификация работников банка.

Дорогой банк!условия кредитования кабальные!Бессовестно стали начислять проценты на оплату автокредита через корону!Два года оплачивала без процентов!А,тут короновирус подсказал работникам банка-а , наживитесь на ситуациии......!!!!Мечтаю закрыть отношения с этим банком и никогда их не начинать!!!!!!

Не советуют связываться с этим банком дурят в документах. Не доносят все до клиентов. И через суд ничего не вернут. Мошенники)))
