Оценили однокомнатную квартиру почти на четверть дешевле рынка. При этом сравнивая её в двухкомнатными квартирами путем определения средней стоимости квадратного метра. Однокомнатные квартиры в таких же домах либо просто игнорировались, либо по причине "они же в доме с лифтом" (хотя тоже панелька). Эксперт, который подписалась под словами "Выполнение полного комплекса работ по проведению оценки с составлением Отчета об оценке. Иных специалистов к проведению оценки не привлекалось", оцениваемую квартиру не посещала.

Добрый день! Напишите, пожалуйста, номер отчёта или Фамилию заказчика, чтобы мы смогли Вам ответить по данной работе. Когда для оценки 1-к квартиры нет аналогов, берутся 2-к квартиры, но добавляются корректировки, чтобы стоимость была 1-к квартиры. Это стандартная процедура в таких ситуациях. Мы не ставим цены по своему желанию, а ориентируемся по рынку и по факторам на день составления оценки. К сожалению, бывают ситуации, когда клиенты недовольны ценой, но цена зависит от рынка недвижимости, а не от оценочной компании. Спасибо за понимание. Для подробного ответа, нам необходимо понимать о каком клиенте идёт речь.
