Тихий ужас. Записались на сайте на конкретное время, система подтвердила бронь. Но когда позвонили уточнить детали, оказалось, что выбранного времени нет в расписании! На вопрос, почему сайт показывает доступные слоты, если их нет, сотрудник просто сказал: «У нас на сайте одно, а в реальности — другое». Если клиника предоставляет онлайн-запись, она должна следить за её актуальностью. Из-за таких ошибок люди зря тратят время, меняют планы и остаются без помощи. Не советую, 0 из 10.
