нашёл их объявление о разборе своего авто, позвонил, на что менеджер который поднял трубку начал допрос, зачем мне запчасти, чем я занимаюсь,стал предполагать с чего то что у меня сервис, потом сказал что наверное я вообще перекупщик, и все это только из за того, что когда то давно спрашивали у них с этого номера телефона про запчасти на другое предыдущее авто в итоге сказал что ему лень ходить на склад и что либо уточнять, на что я ему ответил что уже мне не интересно сотрудничество с данной компанией, глупое отношение сотрудников, не правильно подобранное общение, желание что либо преобретать сразу отпало, для себя поставил данный разбор в чс, руководство обратите внимание на данную проблему, по-моему это прямой путь к потере своих клиентов, всего доброго.

Никому не советую данную конторку!Заказывал привод багажника на bmw x5.Уточнил наличие,цену и состояние.Выслали фото.Еще раз переспросил,так как по фото все заметить невозможно.Мне сказали что состояние отличное.Мало того что тянули с отправкой,так еще и пришел он с разломаным пластиком и вырванным креплением.ПЭК при отправке упаковывает все в мешки,чтоб потом не возникло вопросов что при доставке деталь повредилась и на самом деле в мешке кусков деталей небыло.В квитанции об отправке так же было указано что с дефектом.Я связался с представителем данной конторки,мне сказали что узнают у кладовщика и перестали выходить на связь и брать трубки!
