Здесь много хороших врачей. Клиника в несколько этажей. Очень понравилось проходить здесь МРТ. Можно быстро записаться, работают до позднего вечера, результаты тоже выдают быстро. Для поздних клиентов действовала скидка, что очень приятно.

Впечатление от клиники ужасное. При записи колл центр был не совсем вежлив, попросила записать меня на ближайшее окно, она уже узнала мои ФИО, записала, но даже не спросила на какой день,время записала…сказала о том что на ренген возможно без направления. Пришла, очередь огромная, работают один работник, придя в кабинет на ренген 3.07. врач начала расспрашивать какой зоны снимок мне нужен, я ей отвечаю, немного запутавшись, в итоге определяюсь на что она говорит что нужно направление, все время диалога, она стояла и переглядывалась с другим врачом, я в шоке, молча ушла из вашей клиники без снимка, потратила время и деньги на то, чтобы до неё добраться, после такой хамки желание приходить в вашу клинику нет!

Здравствуйте, Виктория. «Ужасное впечатление» от посещения нашей клиники не может нас не огорчать и, более того, вынудило провести тщательное «расследование», результаты которого мы можем подтвердить документально: 1. колл-центр точно обозначил Вам время и дату приёма, и сделано это было вполне корректно(подняли запись разговора) 2. ⁠действительно, возможен приём на рентген без направления, но только в том случае, если клиент точно может обозначить цель своего визита. И это оказался не Ваш случай. 3. ⁠в отношении «огромной очереди»: в 16.08 Вы вошли в клинику, в 16.13 отошли от стойки регистратуры, в 16.15 ( время Вашей записи) Вы были уже в рентген-кабинете.
