Персонал внимательный. Приняли на 20 минут позже, суббота 17.06.2023 в 11.30. Врачи описание сделали вовремя, а дальше.... Вот так и теряют клиники репутацию: не могла добиться, чтобы прислали описание. Звонила не один раз, разговаривала с разными операторамм, с разных городов (по их словам), каждый раз обещали в течение 15 минут выслать и всё на этом. Обидно за врачей, которые быстро, грамотно обслужили, а операторы в течение двух суток не могли правильно набрать электронный адрес. После многочисленных моих звонков можно ведь было вникнуть в ситуацию и решить вопрос. Даже никто не извинился за такое безобразное обслуживание.
