Берут деньги по часовой оплате. Мне до конца не настроили 1С, половину времени человек смотрел в потолок со словами "так, сейчас подумаем", насчитал мне 20 часов и взял 30 тысяч рублей. От дальнейшей установки я отказался, так как не представлял сколько ещё он будет тянуть время. Чтобы вы понимали, за 20 часов он установил 1С, перенёс номенклатуру со старой в новую и ставил галочки в настройках типа "разрешить кассирам доступ с кассы в программу". Советую найти частных программистов, которые берут оплату за выполненную работу.

Отзыв похож на "заказной". Подобных платежей (на сумму 30000 рублей) за работы по переносу номенклатуры и подключению кассового оборудования за последние 6 месяцев не было. В нашей компании хорошо налажена "обратная связь" с клиентами. В процессах согласования, оценки стоимости, качества и оперативности оказания услуг активно участвуют, помимо программистов, руководители подразделений и менеджеры. Клиенты всегда имеют возможность обсудить проблемные моменты. Мы считаем данный отзыв не соответствующий действительному положению дел и отношению к работе со стороны наших сотрудников.
