Прекрасные специалисты и просто вызывающее отношение к клиентам со стороны ресепшена, не пытаются никак исправить ошибки своей работы: 1. Периодически не знают как расчитать правильно прием, с меня пытались взять деньги еще не за оказанные услуги. Хотя я пояснила, что приемов еще не было, на весь хол было озвучено, что у меня долг 3500 и мне надо его погасить, так как на следующие приемы я не записана. 2. Супругу оказали услугу не озвучив предварительно стоимость, чек не выдали после оплаты 3. Мне так же еще один раз не выдали чек за услугу. 4. Медицинский куратор Елена при решении спора о том, что не озвучили стоимость услуги, попрекнула меня, что мне итак оказали услугу по ортодонтию ребенка в размере 50% (по решению директора) и что они итак всегда делают мне максимальные скидки. Хотя по факту единственная скидка которая есть это 10% на семейные посещения, к супругу ее не применили… и Видимо к Елене решение директора как-то относится))) 5. Более месяца не могут посчитать правильно стоимость услуг по недолеченному зубу.

Обращался в клинику для лечения кариеса, удаление восьмерок и исправления прикуса. Очень пугало повторение опыта в других клиниках, где лечение сопровождалось болью и лишними тратами, НО каждый специалист, к которому я попадал на прием - оказывался мастером своего дела. Безболезненно, без осложнений, без лишних посещений- что это, если не результат профессионализма работающих там врачей? Хочу сказать спасибо: Темировой Ирине Станиславовне (ортодонт) и ее ассистенту Северине, Конограевой Анне Сергеевне и Мироновой Марине Гайдаровне (терапевты). Отдельная благодарность прекрасной управляющей клиники Колодиной Ирине Вячеславовне, кураторам и администратораторам клиники.
