Основная проблема района это школы. Т. е. на весь микрорайон одна единственная школа, где учатся в 3 смены. Очень плохо с парковочными местами. Благоустройство района на двоичку.

Купили квартиру в этом районе. Управляющая компания все недостатки и проблемы устраняет только по заявлению жильцов. Школ нет. Дети учатся в три смены. Машину поставить некуда. Зато парк красивый.
