Не могу оценить работу всех адвокатов Адвокатское бюро «ЭксЛедж», но про адвоката Эсеньяна Григория Павловича напишу пару строк. Заключил с ним соглашение на предоставления моих интересов в суде по делу взыскания штрафа и неустойки с застройщика. И с таким непрофессиональным подходом к делу столкнулся в первый раз. Скажу более Григорий ввел меня в заблуждение, сказав что шансы выиграть мое дела высокие. Однако через два месяца резко поменял свое мнение, пытаясь обвинить меня, что я не все ему рассказал. Хотя все бумаги, имеющиеся у меня были предоставлены в полном объеме. За 10 дней до суда Григорий сказал следующее, срочно выходите на переговоры с застройщиком, шансы выиграть дело минимальные. В итоге я отказался от иска, сэкономив на судебных издержках со стороны ответчика и расторгнув соглашение с вышеупомянутым адвокатом.

. При первой встрече спрашивал абсолютно все, вплоть даты и места моего рождения. Ни каких гарантий я никому не когда не давал даю о чем сообщаю всегда на первой встрече. По первому же требованию была возвращена вся сумма (включая фактические затраты на подготовку и подачу иска в суде), что не соответсвует общепринятой практике и действующему законодательству. Кроме того Андрей неоднократно требовал бесплатных консультаций по другим (не входящим предмет соглашения) вопросам. И наконец, не понятно зачем нужно было подписывать с застройщиком дополнительное соглашение о продлении сроков если Вы собирались взыскивать неустойку.
