Давно хотела посетить Дом Пашкова. Нашла экскурсию агенства Мос Тур и заказала её. Была сделана предоплата. За день до экскурсии мне позвонили и сообщили об изменении времени экскурсии с 13 до 14 часов. Приехав ко времени на место (у входа на станцию метро Боровицкая), никого не обнаружила. Два раза позвонила по телефону, указанному на маршрутной квитанции, но номер не отвечал. Простояла час, после чего вынуждена была вернуться домой. Впоследствии узнала, что я была единственным экскурсантом, а место встречи было изменено. Получается, что сотрудники агенства не смогли свести единственного экскурсанта с экскурсоводом. Агенство выплатило мне стоимость экскурсии, признав свою вину, но кто компенсирует 7 часов потерянного времени и огромное количество потерянных нервных клеток?

На Мясницкой 40/1 не была, я слушала вебинар спикера на "профиках", и заказывала себе экскурсию по Москве, "Москва приглашает на свидание" Очень всё здОрово, Мне очень понравилось.

Несостоявшаяся экскурсия Расписанная в прекрасных тонах обзорная экскурсия по Москве, причем зараннее оплаченная, была накануне отменена! И как можно доверять этой фирме Мос-Тур? Не связывайтесь с ней, т.к. могут "кинуть" без объяснений и извинений. Деятельность подобной фирмы - это способ заработать на наивных туристах, не неся никакой ответственности

Кинуть, это странно! При отмене всегда делается или перенос или возврат средств.
