Нагрубили уже в момент разговора по телефону. Ничего не слушали, повышение голоса. Лучше обращусь в другую клинику.

Проходим курс процедур каждые полгода, обратились с прогрессирующей миопией у ребенка. Правильно подобрали лечение, результат радует. Хорошие специалисты и очень вежливый персонал

Если вы записались на первичный приём, то будьте готовы просидеть под кабинетом в очереди два часа. Такое ощущение, что попал в советскую больницу, где надо тупо ждать.

Регистраторы грубые и не приветливые. Такое ощущение, что звонишь им домой, а не в клинику. Диалог выглядит так, как будто тебе одолжение делают записывая тебя на прием за не малые деньги. То же самое и при посещении клиники. Пару лет назад была и ничего не меняется. Общение крайне не приятно. Научите своих работниц на ресепшене общаться вежливо с людьми. Что касается врачей, то тут вопросов нет. Только по этому и посещаю переодически данную клинику.

Платный прием не по ОМС. Приехал по записи ко времени. В итоге сперва попросили оплатить, а потом сказать ждать в зале с кучей людей, даже сесть негде. Разочарован таким подходом
