Экострой центр нам построили дом из сосны и баню из лиственницы под ключ (апрель 2017-декабрь 2019). Да, не дешево, но цены адекватные. Мы же хотим получше (стены потолще, потолок повыше, теплые швы…) За качество компания отвечает. Готовый проект дома переделывали под себя. Перед строительством на участок приезжал директор, смотрел место (у нас уклон), дал очень ценные советы по расположению строений. С бригадиром Денисом нам очень повезло! В своем деле хорошо разбирается, рабочие его уважают (не боятся, а именно Уважают). На каждом этапе строительства были разные бригады. Все разные, но ни к одной бригаде нет претензий, только благодарность (у многих ребят золотые руки). Как при любом строительстве были небольшие косяки, но быстро исправлялись. Весь процесс строительства контролировали бригадир и директор. По коммуникациям иногда до сих пор бывают вопросы. Сантехники и электрики всегда на связи, отвечают и консультируют. За все время строительства на участке было чисто, за этим строго следят. Мусор складывался в отведенное место (вплоть до окурков), а не валялся по всему участку (кто строился, меня поймут). Утепление пола, теплые швы, отделка парной... Не нашла как вставить фотографии в отзыв, а словами не передашь. Нисколько не жалеем о выборе компании и потраченных денег (время и нервы дороже)!!!

Был, предоставленно с десяток другой домов, есть что посмотреть и порассуждать. Цены конечно ого го. Не для каждого.
